Kelly Trussell joined Sloan Law Firm in February 2016.  Working primarily in our Topeka office, Ms. Trussell brings a wealth of litigation experience, including prosecuting employment and civil rights cases and representation of public interest groups in environmental litigation.  Since 2012, Ms. Trussell has also served as a District Court Judge Pro Tem in Shawnee County, Kansas, presiding over traffic, DUI and small claims trial dockets as well as a variety of other matters.  Ms. Trussell presently splits her time between her Pro Tem obligations and a litigation practice.
