Mr. Lanterman joined the firm in 1998. He holds a Bachelor's degree, with honors, from Bethany College and earned his law degree from the Washburn University School of Law in 1998.
Mr. Lanterman's practice involves civil litigation, with an emphasis in employment litigation, civil rights litigation, domestic law and real estate litigation.
He has practiced extensively at both the federal and state court levels. Mr. Lanterman is admitted to practice law before the state courts of Kansas and Nebraska; the United States District Courts for the District of Kansas, the District of Colorado and the Western District of Missouri; and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
With professional affiliations that include the American Trial Lawyers Association, the Kansas Trial Lawyers Association, the Topeka Bar Association, the Kansas Bar Association and the American Bar Association (where he is a member of the Tort and Insurance Practice Section), Mr. Lanterman is an active member of the Bar and the legal profession.
