James W. Sloan’s affiliation with Sloan Law Firm began in the early 1950’s, and he served clients and the legal profession with integrity until his retirement from the firm in 2008.

In Mr. Sloan’s career, he served the public as an Assistant County Attorney for Shawnee County, Kansas, and maintained numerous organizational and charitable affiliations.  He was an Advisory Board member of the Salvation Army of Topeka; board member of the Kansas Children’s Service League Foundation; and member of the Board of the Washburn Endowment Association.
