Primarily practicing in civil litigation, business and real estate transactions and litigation, and estate planning and probate, Aaron Bailey began his career with Sloan Law Firm as a research clerk in 2009. He later accepted a permanent position in 2011 as an associate attorney, and was named a member of the firm in 2017.

Before attending law school at Washburn University School of Law, Mr. Bailey earned a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Northwest Missouri State University. He then worked as a reporter for the St. Joseph News-Press in St. Joseph, Mo. for several years, earning the Excellence in Legal Journalism award from the Missouri Bar in 2007.
