Legal Assistant: Cathy Griffin
Joshua H. Welch has over 15 years of devoted military service including both active duty and reserve service. After transitioning off active duty, Mr. Welch worked in the legal department in one of the two national pay centers for the U.S. Armed Forces prior to attending law school. Mr. Welch's firsthand knowledge of military life and his exposure to military pay issues allow him to assist military members and their families with legal challenges unique to military service
Mr. Welch joined Sloan Law Firm in May 2021 as a law clerk and became an associate attorney after graduation. Working primarily in our Topeka office, Mr. Welch's practice focuses on family law, including divorce, paternity, child custody and support with a particular emphasis on military family law.
