Alicia L. Hay

Alicia Hay first joined Sloan Law Firm as a Law Clerk and went on to become an Associate Attorney after she earned her Juris Doctor in May 2025. Her practice focuses on criminal defense – including felony, misdemeanor, and traffic cases – as well as family law, encompassing divorce, paternity, child support, and parenting time matters.

Ms. Hay is a proud Washburn University and Washburn Law alumni, having earned her B.A. in 2022 and her J.D. in 2025. She is a member of the Shawnee County Felony Appointment Panel for Indigent Defendants and is an active participant in the Kansas Bar Association, the Topeka Bar Association, the Kansas Women Attorneys Association, and the Women Attorneys Association of Topeka.
